How to Submit a Resignation Request

To submit a resignation request, follow the steps below:
1. Consultation with SASC Counselor
Students must consult with an SASC counselor to request resignation, either online or offline.
2. Fill Out the Resignation Form
Complete the resignation form, which can be obtained from Student Services.
3. Submit the Completed Form
Submit the completed and signed form (with a 10,000 IDR stamp) along with parental signatures in soft copy format (Word/PDF). Additionally, a video confirming parental consent must be sent to the counselor’s email, according to the campus area PIC. The contact details can be found at:

4. Approval from Campus Director
Student Services will forward the resignation form to the Campus Director for approval.
5. Forwarding to Finance and Library Departments
Once approved, Student Services will forward the resignation form to the Finance and Library Departments.
- If there are outstanding payments for DP3 fees, equipment fees, or book fees, Student Services will inform the student to settle them.
6. Check Approval Status and Documents
The approval status, along with the transcript and confirmation letter, can be checked with the Student Services Unit (SSC).
How to Submit a Resignation Request for the Master’s Program – BBS
For students in the Master’s Program (BBS), follow these steps to submit a resignation request:
1. Consultation with the Head of the Study Program
Students must first consult with the Head of the Study Program. This consultation can be conducted in person, online, or through other online platforms.
2. Fulfill Financial and Library Obligations
The resignation process can proceed only after the student has:
- Fulfilled all outstanding financial obligations.
- Fulfilled all library obligations.
- Obtained a recommendation/approval for resignation.
3. Submit the Completed Resignation Form
The completed resignation form, signed by the student with a 10,000 IDR stamp, must be submitted. The form must be submitted along with the Binusian Card Flazz to Student Services at the Binus Senayan Campus.
4. Resignation Form Submission Details
The resignation form must be printed, signed on a 10,000 IDR stamp by the student in the designated approval section, and sent directly to Student Services.
