Q: What should students do if they have not yet secured an internship placement?
A: Students are advised to consult their department’s EPC (Enrichment Program Coordinator) for further guidance.

Q: What if a student has already secured an internship placement but submitted Suggest Jobs late in the Enrichment Apps?
A: BINUS Support will conduct an initial verification of the student’s internship documents.

Q: What documents are required?
A:

  • EPC (Enrichment Program Coordinator) Approval

  • LOA (Letter of Acceptance) from the company

  • Internship 3+1 Registration Form

Q: If all documents are complete, where should the student report the issue?
A: Students may directly report the issue to BINUS Support for further processing.

Q: When is consultation with the department EPC required?
A: Consultation with the EPC is required if the student has not yet secured an internship placement or if the Suggest Jobs submission has passed the deadline and requires additional approval.

Q: How long does the process take at BINUS Support?
A: The request will be processed by the Internship Center team within a maximum of 7 working days. Once completed, students can recheck their internship data in the Enrichment Apps.
