BINUS University provides parking facilities at all campuses to support the convenience of students, lecturers, and staff. To ensure everything runs in an orderly manner, BINUS has implemented a parking system and fees that apply according to each campus location. Below are the details:

1. Kemanggisan, Alam Sutera, and Bekasi Campuses

For Kemanggisan, Alam Sutera, and Bekasi campuses, the following rules apply:

Parking Rates

Important Rules

• The parking system uses manless technology (no attendant) with a boom gate.

• You must use a BINUSIAN Flazz Card to access the parking area.
  Without this card, general parking rates apply.

• Special parking locations:

  • Student cars at Anggrek Campus must park in the new parking building. The old parking building is for lecturers, staff, and student motorcycles only.

  • Motorcycle parking at Syahdan Campus is only for staff, lecturers, student organizations, and student associations.

• Overnight parking is strictly prohibited.

• Do not leave your BINUSIAN Flazz Card or valuables in the vehicle.

Operating Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 18:00

• Saturday: 06:00 – 15:00

• Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

2. Bandung Campus

At BINUS Bandung, the parking system is managed in cooperation with the Hyper Square area.

Regular Parking Rates

• Car: Rp 3,000 per hour

• Motorcycle: Rp 1,500 per hour

Subscription Rates (Monthly)

• Car: Rp 250,000

• Motorcycle: Rp 125,000

• Card issuance fee: Rp 50,000

Subscription Requirements

• Photocopy of Vehicle Registration (STNK)

• Photocopy of BINUSIAN ID

• Payment must be made between the 1st – 3rd of each month from 07:00 – 12:00 to campus security.

• Late payments (after the 3rd) must be made directly to the Hyper Square office between 10:00 – 15:00, no later than the 5th.

• New subscriptions can be registered until the 15th of each month.

3. Malang Campus

For BINUS Malang, the following rules apply:

Student Parking Rates

• Car:
  First 3 hours: Rp 4,000
  Each additional hour: Rp 3,000
  Maximum: Rp 13,000

• Motorcycle:
  First 3 hours: Rp 2,000
  Each additional hour: Rp 1,000
  Maximum: Rp 4,000

Regular Parking Rates

• Car: Rp 4,000 per hour

• Motorcycle: Rp 2,000 per hour

• Box Truck: Rp 5,000 per hour

General Rules

• The parking ticket is the official proof of ownership.

• Lost ticket fee: Rp 20,000 (motorcycle) and Rp 40,000 (car).

• You must show your Vehicle Registration (STNK) upon request.

• Do not leave valuables in the vehicle.

4. Semarang Campus (Main Campus)

Starting March 1, 2024, BINUS Semarang applies a parking membership system and the following fees:

Parking Membership Fees

• New membership card: Rp 50,000 (one-time fee)

• Motorcycle membership: Rp 50,000/month

• Car membership: Rp 100,000/month

Terms & Conditions

• Submit a photocopy of the Vehicle Registration (STNK) to the Quality Parking team at the GF Lobby, Main Campus BINUS @Semarang.

• One membership card is valid for one vehicle only.

• Registration opens on February 27, 2024.

• Payment is cash only.

Non-Member Parking Rates

• With BINUSIAN Card:
  Car: Rp 4,000 for first 3 hours, Rp 3,000 per additional hour (max Rp 13,000)
  Motorcycle: Rp 2,000 for first 3 hours, Rp 1,000 per additional hour (max Rp 4,000)

• Without BINUSIAN Card (General):
  Car: Rp 3,000 per hour
  Motorcycle: Rp 2,000 per hour

5. BINUS International – Senayan Campus (JWC & FX)

JWC Parking Rules

• BINUSIAN ID Card is required for tapping at the basement parking gate.

• Original Vehicle Registration (STNK) or an official statement must be presented; otherwise, the vehicle cannot exit.

Operating Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 06:30 – 22:00

• Saturday: 06:30 – 18:00

Additional Rules:

• Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.

• BINUS is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles.

• Overnight parking is prohibited unless approved by Building Management.

• Speed limit within the parking area: 15 km/h.

• Vehicles without business at JWC are not allowed to park.

• Parking rates follow the building management’s policy.

FX Parking Rules

• Students parking at FX Sudirman must follow the FX building management’s regulations.

6. BINUS ASO (Alam Sutera)

Starting from November 21, 2024, parking fees have been adjusted in accordance with the Regional Regulation of South Tangerang City:

Casual Parking Rates

• Student Car:

  • Rp 4,000 for the first hour

  • Rp 3,000 for each additional hour

  • Maximum: Rp 13,000

• Student Motorcycle:

  • Rp 2,000 for the first hour

  • Rp 1,000 for each additional hour

  • Maximum: Rp 4,000

• Public Car:

  • Rp 4,000 for the first hour

  • Rp 3,000 for each additional hour

• Public Motorcycle:

  • Rp 2,000 for the first hour

  • Rp 2,000 for each additional hour

• Box Truck:

  • Rp 5,000 for the first hour

  • Rp 4,000 for each additional hour

• Church Parking Rate: Flat Rp 12,000
