BINUS Support is an integrated service center that provides comprehensive information for all BINUS University stakeholders, covering both academic and non-academic services. The services are available onsite and online via Zoom. Previously, this service was known as the Student Services Center (SSC) before being rebranded as BINUS Support.

Location: 1st Floor (Down the escalator, New Building) – formerly Student Services Center (SSC)

• Monday–Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 WIB (Onsite & Zoom)

Location: 1st Floor (Atrium, in front of Bank BCA) – formerly Student Services Center (SSC)
