Graduation Requirements and Commencement Ceremony

Commencement is a significant milestone for every student, marking their success in completing their studies. Below are the requirements and procedures that students must fulfill to be eligible for graduation.
1. When Can Students Be Processed for Graduation?
Students in Applied Bachelor (D4 / Diploma 4), Bachelor (S1), and Double Degree programs may be processed for graduation after meeting all graduation requirements as stipulated by the university.

| Specific Requirements | Applied Bachelor and Bachelor Programs: – Minimum total credits (SKS): 146 (including Final Project/Thesis) – Passed all compulsory courses with a minimum grade of D, except for Quality Assurance courses – Passed all courses in the enrichment track package with a minimum grade of DDouble Degree Programs: – Earned cumulative credits from all distributed courses – Passed all compulsory courses with a minimum grade of D, except for Quality Assurance courses – Passed all courses in the enrichment track package with a minimum grade of D |
3. Procedures After Being Declared Eligible for Graduation
Once a student is declared eligible for graduation during the Yudisium (Academic Senate Meeting):

The student may request a Certificate of Graduation through BINUSMAYA Academic Services by selecting Support → Letter Request → Graduation Document.

The student is no longer permitted to attend any classes. All academic transactions will be canceled, except for Short Semester courses that have already been completed or are in progress.
4. Graduation for Master Track and Further Study Program Students
Students enrolled in the Master Track and Further Study Program will undergo the following graduation process:

The commencement ceremony will be held once, after the student is declared eligible for Master’s Degree (S2) graduation.

Students will wear the Master’s gown, and both Bachelor’s (S1) and Master’s (S2) diplomas will be conferred simultaneously upon completion of the Master’s program.
