Operations BINUS Square is responsible for ensuring that all operational needs run smoothly, safely, comfortably, and sustainably to support service quality for boarders, guests, parents, and all parties within the BINUS Square environment. The scope of Operations BINUS Square services includes:- 24-hour operational service
Providing continuous operational support, including handling boarder and guest needs, emergency situations, and cross-unit coordination. - Internet service
Supporting internet access in the BINUS Square area by coordinating network issue handling, service monitoring, and follow-up improvements with relevant parties. - Facility maintenance
Maintaining facility availability and usability through inspections, maintenance, and follow-up repairs for rooms, public areas, and supporting facilities. - Package, visitor, and game borrowing services
Managing front office services such as receiving and distributing packages, registering visitors, and handling game facility borrowing according to applicable procedures.
