Guide to Creating an Auto-Debit Account for BINUS Students

Tuition fee payments at BINUS are required to be made through an auto-debit account. Therefore, all BINUS students from the class of ≤2026 who do not yet have an auto-debit account are required to create one. Below are the steps to create an auto-debit account:

1. Visit BINUS Support at Your Campus Location Students must visit the BINUS Support service at their respective campuses. Staff will assist with the initial process of creating an auto-debit account.
2. Receive an Auto-Debit Account Opening Memo After completing the process at BINUS Support, students will be issued an official memo, which serves as a required document for opening the auto-debit account.
3. Bring the Memo to BCA Bank Students need to bring the memo to the nearest BCA Bank branch. Bank staff will assist with the process of opening the auto-debit account.
4. Account Activation within 7 Working Days Once the documents are processed by BCA Bank, the auto-debit account will be active within a maximum of 7 working days.
