Tuition fee payments at BINUS are required to be made through an auto-debit account. Therefore, all BINUS students from the class of ≤2026 who do not yet have an auto-debit account are required to create one. Below are the steps to create an auto-debit account:
Steps:
- Visit BINUS Support at Your Campus Location Students must visit the BINUS Support service at their respective campuses. Staff will assist with the initial process of creating an auto-debit account.
- Receive an Auto-Debit Account Opening Memo After completing the process at BINUS Support, students will be issued an official memo, which serves as a required document for opening the auto-debit account.
- Bring the Memo to BCA Bank Students need to bring the memo to the nearest BCA Bank branch. Bank staff will assist with the process of opening the auto-debit account.
- Account Activation within 7 Working Days Once the documents are processed by BCA Bank, the auto-debit account will be active within a maximum of 7 working days.
