How to Verify Alumni Status

1. For Companies / Universities

Companies or universities (for postgraduate admissions) that wish to conduct background verification of BINUS alumni may contact the Alumni Relations Office by attaching a copy of the alumnus/alumna’s diploma to be verified.

Requests can be submitted via email to:
alumni@binus.edu or halobinus@binus.edu

2. For Alumni

Alumni who wish to independently obtain their Student ID may access the following link:

They are required to enter their full name and date of birth in accordance with official records.
