To ensure that the Guest Room facility is used properly and in accordance with the applicable safety standards, all boarders are required to understand and comply with the established booking regulations.

Guest Room Booking Requirements

To maintain the safety, comfort, and orderliness of the BINUS Square residence, boarders who wish to use the Guest Room facility must comply with the following requirements:

1. Guest Room reservations can only be made when the boarder is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Boarders are not permitted to make Guest Room reservations without the presence or accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian.
3. BINUS Square reserves the right to reject or cancel a Guest Room reservation if the parent or guardian accompaniment requirement is not fulfilled.

This policy reflects BINUS Square’s commitment to creating a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment for all residents. In addition, the regulation is intended to prevent any unwanted incidents during the use of the Guest Room facility.

Monday – Friday, 09:00  – 17:00 WIB
Saturday, 09:00 – 15:00 WIB
