Below is the reimbursement procedure for journals and conferences for the Master’s Program:

1. Scopus-Indexed Journals

Required Documents:

• Payment invoice

• Proof of payment showing the amount in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

• Screenshot of the data availability section in the article

• Screenshot of the contributorship section in the article

• Screenshots of all email correspondence related to the publication

• Screenshot of the acceptance notification

• Journal link

• Article link

• Journal link listed on scopus.com

• Journal link listed on Scimago

Reimbursement Amount:

• The reimbursement provided by BINUS University is IDR 7,000,000.

2. Scopus-Indexed Conferences

Required Documents:

• Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

• Conference invoice

• Proof of payment showing the amount in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

• Screenshots as proof of presentation during the conference, including the Q&A session

• Published article

• Link to the published article
