BINUS University Library provides locker facilities for Binusians who visit the library. Lockers are intended for storing bags and personal belongings, ensuring a more comfortable experience while using library facilities.

Steps to Borrow a Locker

  1. Visit the nearest BINUS Library.

  2. Find the locker borrowing computer or ask the library staff for assistance.

  3. On the locker borrowing application:

    • Enter your Member Code using your Student ID (NIM) or Lecturer Code (see the red box in the application display). Once entered, the system will display your data.

    • At the question Do You Wish to Borrow Locker?, click YES if you want to proceed.

    • Fill in the Locker Number with the locker key number you have chosen. The locker keys are available next to the locker borrowing computer.

  4. Click Submit at the bottom of the borrowing page.

Important Notes

  • Valuable items such as handphones/laptops should not be stored in the locker.

  • Library staff are not responsible for any loss caused by user negligence.

  • Binusians may use the transparent bags provided by the library to carry handphones/laptops or stationery inside the library.

  • Food is not allowed inside the library.

  • Lockers are only available for Binusians who are visiting and using the library facilities.
