Enrollment for 2nd Semester Students and Above
- Starting with Binusian 2020, enrollment will be processed in a package system.
- The registration team will process enrollment according to the scheduled dates.
- Class placement requests are not allowed after the enrollment processing period has ended.
Enrollment for Compact Semester
- Students who wish to retake or withdraw from courses during the Compact Semester must complete enrollment through the enrollment system. Detailed information will be announced on the student website before the enrollment period.
- Tuition for the Compact Semester includes:
- Compact Semester Fixed Tuition
- Variable Tuition, based on the number of credits (SKS) enrolled.
- The maximum number of credits (SKS) allowed in the Compact Semester is 9 SKS.
- Enrollment schedules will be published on the BINUS student website.
How to Retake Failed Courses
Students can retake failed courses through the following methods:
1. Registering During the Compact Semester (SP)
2. Registering During Odd/Even Semesters
- This applies within the KRS Semester (varies between Semester 5–8 for single-degree programs or Semester 9 for double-degree programs, depending on the curriculum of each program).
What is a Compact Semester (SP)?
The Compact Semester (SP) takes place between the Even and Odd Semesters (July–September).
Short Semester courses are designed for students who want to:
- Improve course grades.
- Retake failed courses.
Terms and Conditions for Compact Semester Registration
Below are the key terms and conditions for Compact Semester registration:
- Only courses with grades D/E/F or those not meeting the minimum grade standard (status: Failed) can be retaken.
- Students eligible to register for Compact Semester courses must have been:
- Actively enrolled OR officially on leave during the previous Even Semester.
- The maximum number of courses allowed is 3 courses and/or 9 credits (SKS).
