Here is a step-by-step guide on how to book the Recreation Room at LKC BINUS Anggrek:

1. Check Room Availability

Before making a reservation, ensure the room is available for the desired date and time. You can check availability by:

  • Contacting the Reference Service at Ext. 1165

  • Sending an email to library@binus.edu

2. Fill Out the Booking Form

Once the room is confirmed available, proceed to fill out the booking form via the following link:

The form requires the following details:

  • Event Name

  • Type of Activity (seminar, talk show, etc.)

  • Date & Time

  • PIC (Person In Charge)

  • Contact Number (Extension/Phone)

  • Number of Participants

  • Participants’ Status (Binusian/Non-Binusian/Both)

  • Additional Information (if any)

Make sure all fields are completed accurately to ensure a smooth booking process.

3. Wait for Booking Confirmation

After submitting the form, the reference librarian will verify the details and check the schedule. The confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp, stating whether:

  • Approved → The room can be used as scheduled

  • Rejected → Usually due to an existing booking at the requested time

4. Use the Room According to Regulations

When using the Recreation Room, please follow these rules:

  • Maintain the room’s cleanliness

  • Do not bring food or drinks that could damage the facilities

  • Adhere to the agreed time slot

5. Report After Use

Once finished, please:

  • Return any borrowed equipment

  • Check that no personal belongings are left behind

  • Notify the librarian so the room can be prepared for the next user
