Thesis Apps is a platform used by BINUS University students to manage the entire thesis process—from submitting proposals, consulting with supervisors, to uploading documents after the defense. However, in practice, students may encounter various issues that require assistance.
1. Common Issues in Thesis Apps
Students may encounter difficulties with several key features, including:

Proposal: Issues in submitting or uploading the proposal. Ensure the document size and type meet the required guidelines.

Thesis Supervisor: The supervisor’s name does not appear in the Thesis Apps.

Consultation Process with Supervisor: Issues in scheduling or recording consultation results.

Thesis Report Document Submission: Failed to upload photos or Thesis Report documents due to non-compliance with file requirements.

Thesis Defense: Difficulties in checking the defense schedule.

Revised Minutes Submission: Issues uploading the revised minutes of the thesis defense.

Title Change: Issues in requesting a title change, such as the propose button not appearing.

Grades: Grades not appearing in the system.

PDP (Board of Examiners Statement): The document is not yet available or cannot be downloaded.

Final Thesis Report Submission: Failed to upload the Final Thesis Report due to incorrect file size or type.
