BINUS University provides parking facilities for all BINUS/BINUSIAN students who bring motorized vehicles, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled. The parking areas at BINUS University apply several types of parking rates, including regular parking rates and special parking rates for students. Detailed information regarding parking rates can be found in the following article: Parking Rates and Regulations Guide at BINUS Campus.
To make a parking payment, BINUS/BINUSIAN students are required to tap their BINUSIAN Card at the parking payment counter and ensure that the card balance is sufficient. However, in certain cases, students who have recently issued a new BINUSIAN Card may still be charged the regular parking rate when making a payment.
If this issue occurs, BINUS/BINUSIAN students may take the following steps:
-
Students may visit BINUS Support to report the issue.
-
Alternatively, students may go directly to the Secure Parking officer at the Basement Parking area.
-
The Secure Parking officer will provide an explanation and guidance regarding the parking payment mechanism for students who have recently obtained a new BINUSIAN Card.
-
Students should follow the instructions provided by the Secure Parking officer and prepare to exit the parking area.
