The BINUS Square Visitor Card is a temporary identification card used by visitors who wish to visit boarders’ rooms at BINUS Square. This card must be used in accordance with the regulations established by the management of BINUS Square and should be kept safely throughout the visit.
In the event that a Visitor Card is lost, visitors are required to follow the applicable procedures and comply with the regulations set by BINUS Square management.
Lost Visitor Card Policy
Visitors who lose their BINUS Square Visitor Card will be subject to a lost card penalty fee of IDR 150,000, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
How to Pay the Lost Visitor Card Penalty
If your Visitor Card is lost during your visit, please follow the steps below:

Report the Loss
The visitor must report the loss directly to the BINUS Square Front Office. -
Make the Payment
Prepare the payment of IDR 150,000. Payments can be made using the following methods:-

Retrieve Your ID Card
After the payment is completed, the Front Office staff will provide a payment receipt, and the ID Card that was previously deposited at the Front Office can be retrieved.
