What Is the Purpose of a Temporary Card at BINUS Square?

The BINUS Square Temporary Card is a type of card provided by BINUS Square management to support Boarders who reside at BINUS Square. This card serves as a temporary access solution when a Boarder’s BINUSIAN Card (Flazz) is lost, left behind, or damaged, and the Boarder has not yet processed a replacement BINUSIAN Card through BINUS Support.

Below are the main purposes of the BINUS Square Temporary Card:

1. Access to BINUS Square Towers
   The Temporary Card can be used to access BINUS Square tower areas if the BINUSIAN Card is left in the room, lost, or damaged.

2. Access to BINUS Square Facilities
   The Temporary Card provides temporary access to BINUS Square facilities, such as the Gym and Reading Room.

3. Borrowing BINUS Square Facilities
   The Temporary Card can be used to borrow BINUS Square facilities, including billiards, basketball, table tennis, water polo, and futsal.

4. Temporary Card Validity Period
   The Temporary Card is valid for 2 (two) days only. If the usage period exceeds this limit, the Boarder will receive a reminder through the Boarder Portal.

5. Lost or Damaged Temporary Card
   If the Temporary Card is lost or damaged, the Boarder will be charged a penalty of IDR 110,000 per card. Payment can be made directly at the BINUS Square Front Office using cash, QRIS, or Visa/Mastercard debit cards.
