What Should Be Prepared When Visiting a Boarder’s Room at BINUS Square?

BINUS Square is a residential facility provided by BINUS to support the needs of BINUS University students, especially those coming from outside the city or other islands who are pursuing their studies in the Greater Jakarta area and its surroundings.

To maintain safety and comfort within BINUS Square, the management has established policies for Boarders who wish to receive visitors in their rooms. Therefore, there are several requirements and preparations that visitors must fulfill before entering the Boarder’s room.

Below are the items and conditions that must be prepared when visiting BINUS Square:

1. Prepare a Valid Identification Card
   Visitors are required to present a valid identification card, such as an ID Card, Driver’s License, or BINUSIAN Card.

2. Gender Restriction Policy
   Visits are only permitted for visitors of the same gender as the Boarder being visited.

   • Male Boarders may only receive male visitors.

   • Female Boarders may only receive female visitors.

3. Registration at the Front Office
   Visitors must report to the BINUS Square Front Office to submit their identification card and have their photo taken as part of the registration process.

4. Visitor Card Usage
   After completing the registration process, visitors will be issued a Visitor Card to access the tower area. The visitor’s identification card will be held at the Front Office during the visit.

5. Visiting Hours
   Visitors are allowed to visit Boarders’ rooms only during visiting hours, which are from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

6. Policy for Non-BINUS Students
   Visitors who are not BINUS students are allowed to visit Boarders’ rooms at BINUS Square by leaving their ID Card or Driver’s License at the BINUS Square Front Office for the duration of the visit.
