What is BGA Self-Assessment?
BGA Self-Assessment is a self-evaluation conducted to measure the level of BINUS Graduate Attributes (BGA) that students have acquired after participating in various soft skills development programs or activities, both inside and outside BINUS University.
The BGA Self-Assessment consists of questions that guide students to reflect on how far they have developed the eight soft skill competencies that form the BGA attributes.
Why is Completing BGA Self-Assessment Important?
BGA Self-Assessment helps students identify how well they have fulfilled the competencies required to achieve their dream careers.
In addition, the results of the BGA Self-Assessment will be included in the Diploma Supplement (Dokumen Pendamping Ijazah/DPI), which serves as added value when applying for jobs or continuing further studies.
The assessment results categorize students’ skills into three (3) levels:
-
Above the Expectation (exceeds minimum requirements)
-
Meet the Expectation (meets minimum requirements)
-
Need Improvement (requires development)
By completing the BGA Self-Assessment, students can monitor their personal growth and ensure that the competencies needed for a successful career continue to improve.
When Should You Complete BGA Self-Assessment?
The BGA Self-Assessment should be completed starting in Semester 5, when students begin preparing for the Enrichment Program period.
How to Complete BGA Self-Assessment?
Generally, students need about 45–60 minutes to finish all assessments across the eight BGA attributes.
Although it is recommended to complete all attributes in one dedicated session, students may work on them gradually according to their available time.
To access the assessment, follow these steps:
