Procedures for Applying for an Active Organization Certificate

An Active Organization Certificate is an official letter issued by the Student Affairs Unit for various purposes based on a student’s request. This certificate is generally used by students who are active in Student Organizations to apply for scholarships, internships, or competitions.

Each institution or organization may have different application procedures depending on their respective policies. However, in general, students can follow the steps below to apply for an Active Organization Certificate.

1. Submit a Request

Students must write a request letter via email or fill out the form provided by the Student Affairs Unit. In the request, students should clearly state the purpose of the certificate application to help the Student Affairs staff prepare the required document.

2. Verification Process

Before the certificate is issued, the Student Affairs Unit will verify the student’s active participation in the organization. If the student meets the requirements, the certificate will be processed and signed by the Student Affairs Unit Manager.

3. Certificate Issuance

After the verification process is completed, students will receive the official certificate via email. If a physical or hardcopy version is needed, students may submit a request to the issuing officer.

Certificate Validity

The Active Organization Certificate generally has a specific validity period. Therefore, students are advised to check the expiration date of the certificate to ensure it can be used for their intended purpose.
