BINUS UNIVERSITY graduates who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony can still collect their graduation documents, including diplomas and transcripts. Below is a complete guide to the procedure for collecting these documents.
1. Requirements for Document Collection by Students
Collection Location
Graduation documents can be collected at the BINUS Support Room on your respective campus.

Binusian Card as proof of identity and validation of graduation status.
2. Procedure for Document Collection by a Representative
If a student cannot collect their graduation documents in person, they may authorize a representative to do so, provided the following conditions are met:

Authorization Letter

An original authorization letter signed by the student (grantor) and the representative (recipient).

The authorization letter must include a Rp10,000 duty stamp.

A scan of the student’s Binusian Card.
