All visitors to BINUS Square are required to return their Visitor Card according to the applicable visiting hours policy. Late returns beyond the designated time limit will be subject to a penalty in accordance with BINUS Square regulations.

Visitor Card Return Policy

Visitor Cards must be returned before the end of visiting hours, at 9:45 PM (WIB). The official visiting hours at BINUS Square are from 6:00 AM to 9:45 PM (WIB).

If a Visitor Card is returned after 9:45 PM (WIB), the visitor will be charged a penalty fee Rp 150.000.

How to Pay the Penalty Fee

Penalty payments can be made at the BINUS Square Front Office using one of the following payment methods:

• QRIS
• Debit Card
• Credit Card

To avoid penalties, visitors are strongly advised to ensure that their Visitor Card is returned before the specified deadline.
